Immediately after signing the Protocol, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development instructed the Department of Animal Health and its affiliated units to closely coordinate with the relevant units of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnamese Embassy. In Beijing, the General Department of China Customs and dairy enterprises urgently implemented the Protocol. As a result, on October 16, 2019, China General Department of Customs issued Notice No 156/2019 officially allowing dairy products to be imported from Vietnam and announced TH Milk Joint Stock Company as an enterprise first eligible by the General Department of China Customs issued a code to export milk. The two product groups that TH Group exports this time include: pure sterilized fresh milk and pasteurized fresh milk with natural flavoring to China market under the Protocol signed on April 26, 2019.
